2J Supply is a growing Wholesale Distributor of Heating & A/C (HVAC) products based in Dayton, Ohio, with 11 Branches scattered across Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Indiana. We cater to HVAC residential contractors by providing a wide range of equipment, top-notch service, technical assistance, job site delivery, and HVAC training.

As our IT Systems Administrator, your main responsibilities will revolve around maintaining, enhancing, and overseeing our software, hardware, and networks. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless functioning of our computer systems and servers, delivering technical assistance to our staff, and safeguarding the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Manage and upkeep all systems, applications, security, and network configurations
Suggest upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any arising issues
Guarantee the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure
Offer technical support and guidance to users
Develop and maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations
Set up and configure software, hardware, and networks
Conduct company-wide asset management

For this role, a minimum of an associate degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include having 5+ years of experience in IT support, familiarity with an IT ticket system, and expertise in maintaining data and voice networks. Additionally, we value individuals who can adapt quickly to changing priorities, resolve issues efficiently, and manage multiple tasks to meet business requirements. Occasional travel to branch locations, averaging around 10% of the time, may be necessary.
