    Requirements

    Who we are looking for to be on our team:
    • Previous prep experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred, but not required
    • ServSafe Certification is requested but not required
    • Willingness to learn our recipes and follow our build sheets
    • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail
    • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
    • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare ingredients, including making dough, for our delicious dishes following our secret recipes and maintaining the highest quality standards.
    • Ensure prompt and efficient execution of orders to deliver a consistently fantastic dining experience.
    • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery.
    • Prepare for service including the set-up/stocking of stations with all necessary supplies
    • Monitor and maintain food inventory, rotating stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
    • Comply with all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen.
    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
    • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive work environment.
