New Perspective on the Job:

Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is in search of a skilled individual to take on the role of Quality and Training Pipeline Manager for the National Guard Recruit Sustainment Program. This position holds a key role in ensuring the success of the Army National Guard training pipeline through quality control and efficiency efforts. As the QTPM, you will oversee various administrative quality control services and logistical planning support, contributing to the optimization of enlistment processes and training completion.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Control Plan
Regularly assess and enhance team capabilities
Analyze and report on training success metrics
Provide training and strategic communications to enhance quality control processes
Collaborate with national management team assets for service improvement
Operate government-hosted systems for quality control monitoring and data analysis

Requirements:

Possession or ability to obtain a favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation
Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of quality control experience
1+ year of project or program management experience
Familiarity with ARNG and RSP procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate Level Degree in related field
Experience in supporting military recruitment and retention programs
PMP or other Quality credential
Military Leadership experience
Experience managing dispersed teams
