- Ensure student-athletes adhere to university standards.
- Assist student-athletes with academic performance, goal setting, and career planning.
- Act as the main contact for at-risk scholarshiped student-athletes.
- Help student-athletes set and achieve academic goals.
- Liaise with the Buc Hub Learning Center.
- Assist with recruiting activities and evaluate academic information of prospective student-athletes.
- Maintain accurate student files.
- Provide regular updates on student progress.
- Track academic progress of at-risk student-athletes.
- Supervise study hall monitors and tutors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work independently and complete assignments effectively.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Be available for night and weekend work as needed.
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
