Job summary
Own assigned projects end-to-end from release through shipment with full accountability for schedule accuracy Develop maintain and actively manage detailed project schedules and milestones Coordinate execution across Engineering Production Materials and Logistics to align work plans Validate that schedules reflect material availability capacity and shop-floor realities Identify risks constraints and execution gaps early and escalate appropriately Recommend schedule adjustments and mitigation actions within defined guidelines Monitor project progress proactively address potential delays Communicate schedule status risks changes clearly to internal stakeholders Participate in project kick-off meetings to establish execution timelines milestones Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules risk logs status updates Support delivery readiness by ensuring schedule alignment shipping logistics plans Participate in Production planning meetings as required Maintain improve scheduling execution processes increase reliability efficiency Support cross-functional teams spanning multiple departments external vendors Contribute high-performing collaborative team environment built trust accountability ownership Manage projects ranging low complexity complex custom growth-driven programs Maintain strong sense of urgency execution discipline Ensure all activities comply established procedures safety standards company policies Committed protection environment health safety employees customers neighbors responsible supporting Environmental Management System EMS Perform other duties assigned
