    Business Development Representative


    About the Role

    Rise25 is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, accelerating company growth, and implementing our strategy to help clients achieve ROI, referrals, and strategic partnerships using done-for-you podcasts and content marketing.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct high-level discovery calls with target and prospect accounts
    • Build and grow business from existing leads
    • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns
    • Perform solution-based selling to new prospects
    • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and communicate how Rise25 can solve them
    • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline
    • Achieve established quotas to ensure revenue and growth objectives
    • Manage all phases of the strategy behind the podcast and utilization of the podcast as a tool for business development
    • Develop strong relationships with clients and provide insight and ideas
    • Identify areas of improvement and develop new business with existing clients

    Requirements

    • 1+ year of experience in Sales or Business Development
    • Customer-facing experience and strong problem-solving skills
    • Track record of success in a performance and metrics-driven role
    • Quick communication via email, Slack, and phone
    • Ability to hold clients accountable and strategize with clients
    • Bonus points if involved in podcasting, radio, or related media activity
    • Reliable internet access
