    Position Purpose (PARAGRAPH)To service incoming claim requests via web, email, and client interface. Provide timely and accurate support to clients. This position requires the incumbent to coordinate schedules in support of submitted claims. This candidate will have strong organizational skills as well as strong communication skills in response to incoming requests, working with both internal and external customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Bullet Points)
    • Process submitted claims requests via email, web, and client interface
    • Record claims in accordance with organization requirements
    • Ensure carrier-specific guidelines are met with accuracy and in accordance with organization standards
    • Maintain organization standards and compliance with processes in support of assignments
    • Provide quality support to clients and team to analyze claims
    • Timely scheduling of inspections on behalf of clients
    • Understand scheduling processes and workflow.
    • Works with little supervision
    • Manages the workload through the assigned tasks, pending, external, triage, input, inbox, verification, team manager and technician boards, eagleviews, hotel bookings, tech days off, and newly hired technicians' daily payout (ride along).
    • Handles all HCC responses sent to our inbox.
    • Completes CAN Network assignment requests and emails.
    • Completes Claims Colony assignment requests and emails.
    • Prioritizes NCT requests that come through the claim's inbox, responds to emails in a timely manner, and creates the assignments within the NCT window.
    • Monitors and responds to emails received via the main Hancock inbox.
    • Monitors and responds to our communication with the field as needed.
    • Pulls and completes compliances daily, based on assigned compliance.
    • Handle all trip charge requests as they come through.
    • Cross-trained in other HCC departments – assist in customer service based on business needs.
    • Pulls and completes compliances on a daily basis, based on assigned compliance.
    • Assist in training/cross-training within other areas.
    • These agents are working in dispatch and contents- pricing/onsite as needed.
    • Monitor the contents inbox, along with HubSpot new assignment emails, daily, per their assigned tasks.
    • Develop empathetic client relationships.
    • Handle field manager escalations
    • Assist field managers by creating re-inspection requests as they come through and sending an email to our customer service team to schedule as a priority.
    • Handles all technicians' schedules after 5PM, and completes an end-of-day next-day report. All assignments must be in assigned status.

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift pounds at times.
    • Hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity including ability to grasp and operate equipment
    • Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read technical information
