- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business, or a related field.
- At least two years in healthcare management or a supervisory role.
- RN or LPN certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Skilled in budgeting and financial management.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Experience in specialized unit management or relevant management courses is a plus.
