    TBest Services is currently seeking a qualified General Manager for our Home Care Services in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and healthcare, along with experience in managing staff, operations, and patient relations. This key role involves providing high-quality care, overseeing staff and operations, and improving our clients' patients' lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Hire, train, evaluate, and lead home care staff to create a high-performance, supportive environment.
    • Ensure patient care meets the highest standards and complies with all regulations.
    • Address and resolve issues through active participation in care management meetings.
    • Identify and organize team training programs.
    • Manage recruitment ads and interviews to attract and retain top staff.
    • Regularly update policies and procedures to meet industry standards and maintain compliance.
    • Submit detailed reports to the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority to ensure compliance.
    • Conduct audits on care plans and medication records to maintain excellent care standards.
    • Manage the budget to ensure financial health and sustainability.
    • Handle potential crises proactively to protect all patients and staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business, or a related field.
    • At least two years in healthcare management or a supervisory role.
    • RN or LPN certification is preferred.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.
    • Skilled in budgeting and financial management.
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite and healthcare management software.
    • Experience in specialized unit management or relevant management courses is a plus.
