Reporting directly to the Director of Global Asset Management and working closely with the Asset Management Specialist and the Warehouse Manager, the position will manage the activities related to the inventory. This role is responsible for ensuring entry of new inventory in the R2 inventory management system and working with the technical coordinators for inbound shipments.

Your day will look like this:

Receive new items in D365 & R2.
Follow all procedures, including inventory receiving and edit/update procedures.
Label all products & assets with appropriate branding and asset tags.
Add and/or retire assets in R2 and troubleshoot other basic asset issues.
Assist Operations team with inventory organization and labelling.
Maintain records of all new inbound inventory.
Support the Asset Management Specialist with the delivery planning of new equipment.
Identify and eliminate the potential risks related to health and safety.
Participate in continuous improvement of the department's labor practices.
Perform all other related tasks within the position and responsibilities.

Your profile:

College degree in supply chain management, or any other equivalent experience or training.
Minimum of 5 years of experience within a similar position or an equipment rental workshop.
Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising a team.
Knowledge of audiovisual equipment (an asset).
Knowledge of R2 management system (an asset).
Knowledge of Dynamic 365.
Good knowledge of Office 365. (Excel, Lists, Outlook)
Ability to manage inventory record keeping.
Ability to supervise a team.
Be able to read and understand documents.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
Able to anticipate issues and find efficient solutions while respecting the company's operational policies and procedures.
Strong relational skills.
Ability to communicate in a clear and logical manner.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Good priority management skills and respect of schedules and tight deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
