    Job Description:

    This role will focus on gaining technical knowledge, service management, and training skills by supporting a wide range of internal and external customers at OLM Food Solutions as part of a newly developed advanced technology deployment.

    The candidate will assist OLM's IT technical services team with end-user support, updating records in various software, resolving service desk tickets, and at times visiting local facilities as an in-person technical assistance liaison.



    • Assists with configuring and installing technology for OLM customers and internal users.
    • Perform application maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and configuration changes
    • Administration of asset inventory software for accurate tracking of technology in multiple facilities
    • Assist with updating various technology applications with customer-specific data including digital menus, online ordering, etc.
    • Review and update technology-based walkthrough guides for accurate self-service knowledge transfer
    • Monitor customer requests and assist with end to end customer interaction through resolution
    • Supply training opportunities to OLM customers on the use of deployed technologies to satisfy business needs
    • Help support, coach, and provide resolutions to end users on technology requests
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Experience and Education:

    • Education and/or Experience. Currently enrolled or pursuing a degree in Information Technologies or a relevant field.
    • Communication/Language Skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. Ability to read and comprehend documents, simple instructions, and product labels.
    • Technical Competencies. Experience & knowledge in MS Office products (Excel & Word), knowledge of basic IT technology terms.
    • Mathematical Skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts along with performing basic math functions.
    • Reasoning Abilities. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities.
