Job summary
This position performs patient care activities under the direction of licensed clinicians. The caregiver receives education and training to assist in patient care.

- Provides clear communication to RN regarding observations and changes seen in patients.
- Provides constant observation of high-risk patients.
- Assists patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, ambulating, meals and nourishment.
