    Research Financial Analyst

    A seasoned research administrator with exceptional skills to independently manage research proposals, awards, and transactions related to contract and grant management.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyze complex data to ensure compliance with institutional and sponsor policies.
    • Complete and approve transactions for signature by manager or other authorized institutional official.
    • Guide less experienced staff in managing high volume and complexity transactions.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training.
    • Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
    • Thorough understanding of research administration guidelines of Federal and non-Federal sponsors.
    • Ability to manage significant volumes of transactions and perform complex financial analysis.

    Salary and Benefits:

    $84,400 - $126,700 (Annual Rate), plus comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
