    Description
    Medical Center is seeking a Pediatrician to join our dedicated team
    - Outpatient clinic with modern EMR and supportive staff
    - Schedule: Monday?Thursday, 8 AM?5 PM; Friday, 8 AM?Noon
    - Average 18?22 patients per day
    - Light inpatient rounding and call coverage (10 days/month; low call-back frequency)
    - Seasonal volume shifts (higher in winter, lighter in summer)
    - Pediatric support for deliveries & nursery (no NICU, <8 deliveries/month)
