    ECU Health and Outer Banks Health are looking for experienced nurses for ED internal travel assignments at Outer Banks Health Hospital in Nags Head, at the heart of North Carolina's beautiful Outer Banks.

    Unit details
    - 21-bed unit
    - Staffing ratios: 1:4 RN-to-Patient, may vary depending on acuity
    - Annual ED volume: Approximately 20,000
    - Primary population: Age distribution varies - ranging from pediatric to geriatric - due to tourism in our community.

    Minimum requirements
    - Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing, or higher
    - Greater than 1 year of bedside nursing experience is required
    - American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required

    Compensation package
    - Base pay: up to $63/hour for all travel nursing positions
    - 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay
    - Additional $3.00/hour for stand-by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay
