From plumbing and HVAC repair to add-ons and construction services, we love helping clients feel more comfortable in their homes and businesses.     YOUR ROLE AS OUR HVAC MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR:

    As our HVAC Manager - Construction Supervisor at S&S Mechanical, you are the driving force behind our exceptional projects.     SCHEDULE & LOCATION

    This full-time position is based in the vibrant city of St. George, UT Your schedule will embody the dynamic nature of construction, with workdays typically running from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to ensure project success and surpass client expectations.

    Pro-Active Communication

    • Participate in and conduct meetings as required
    • Safety
    • Pre-construction
    • Scheduling
    • Site/Superintendent
    • Daily crew briefing

    Trade Professionalism

    • Minimum 1 year of previous HVAC experience
    • Maintain Certifications. Set Example
    • Conduct site inspections and quality audits
    • Reinforce commissioning checklist completion
    • Reinforce reviews/level reviews/advancements
    • Maintain Trust Certification

    Process Driven

    • Continually contribute to accurate 3 week schedule
    • Confirm accuracy of time punches for crews
    • Maintain BT and job site Daily Logs
    • Uphold vehicle prep & inspection 'rack-to-back'
    • Reinforce no will-call policy. All purchasing requires PO
    • Oversee construction phase processes
    • Oversee warehouse interaction with install
    • Oversee accuracy in field receiving PO vs Ship tickets
