    This is an exciting new opportunity for an individual to join a growing company and compliance team.

    The License and Records Coordinator Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for licensing, with attention to essential changes and required actions to ensure compliance across all state and federal requirements.

    This role will specialize in the Licenses that FHF needs in each state for its lending activities, as well as recordkeeping of legal and corporate confidential records.

    The License and Records Coordinator will monitor the license status across multiple states and be proactive in renewals as well as identifying opportunities for process improvement.


    What you will do:


    Your duties include, but are not limited to:Lead licensing and registration efforts as we scale our operations across multiple statesBe the first point of contact for all Licensing and Registration questionsConduct thorough quality checks to ensure compliance with all licensing requirementsResearch, complete, and submit applications to regulatory agenciesMaintain and monitor tracking system of records of existing licenses, quarterly/annual filings, surety bonds, and license renewals.

    Identify changes to filing requirements and inform managementManage multiple LLCs and Trusts entities through a registered agentQualify new LLCs and trust entities in multiple statesRespond to miscellaneous time-sensitive requests from regulatory agenciesTrack and respond to subpoena requestsCollaborate with the Compliance Director to respond to legal disputes and lawsuitsOther duties as assignedWhat you bring:Bachelors Degree and/or relevant work experience5+ years' experience in licensing or records administrationExperience with NMLS and communications with regulators a plusAbility to work independently; high degree of attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMicrosoft Office Suite with proficiency in ExcelFHF BenefitsGreat Perks We offer generous salaries, competitive health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, LTD/STD, Identity theft, paid parental leave and much more), paid vacation, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, social activities, monthly lunches, a robust employee recognition and talent development program to enhance your career with us.
