Lead Help Desk Analyst Our client is seeking a Lead Help Desk Analyst to join their growing team. this is a full time direct hire position that is onsite in the Exton area.Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:
Provide Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and fix user issues.
Answer questions and offer guidance.
Collaborate with IT teams for complex problems.
Escalate unresolved issues.
Manage the IT Service Desk:
Oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track key metrics and service agreements.
Prioritize and handle support tickets efficiently
Promote Best Practices:
Collaborate with international teams for standardized service delivery.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes.
Train and mentor service desk staff to improve their skills.
