- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm.
- Call Schedule: None
- Setting: Floating between two clinics
- Patient Volume: 10 per day
- Perform and interpret diagnostic examinations/data to determine nature and extent of pediatric patient's medical condition/injury
- Collect, record, and maintain details of the patient's information such as clinical history, reports, and test outcomes
- Administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other particularized medical care to treat or preclude illnesses, disorders, or injuries in infants and teens
- Counsel and guide patients and their parents or guardians regarding diet, essential activities for treating complications, hygiene, and disease preclusion
- Serve as a resource person and provides advice and consultation to allied programs
- Review concurrently and/or retrospectively referrals for specialized pediatric care initiated by other medical practitioners for appropriateness and review
- Recommend any necessary changes and/or enhancements
- Perform other duties, as needed
- Medical Doctor's degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy's (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
- Current license to practice medicine in the State of Florida
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- 5+ years of experience in Outpatient and Inpatient Care of Pediatric patients
