Travel to medical facilities (primarily hospitals) to pick up equipment for repair and conduct face-to-face commercial meetings with existing and potential new customers~inquires about new repair and equipment needs for sales representatives
~Responds to queries about company products and services
~Gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services
~Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
~Other duties as assigned in support of customer service and sales activities
Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite
~80% travel (driving during the day)
