The Plant Engineer supports plant engineering, production and quality assurance.

This person will develop weekly production goals based off schedule, assist in time keeping, compliance of maintenance, compliance of submittals, compliance of milestones.

As this person will start as a Plant Engineer, there is a great opportunity for career growth and development.


Responsibilities:
Track drawing submittals and develop notices to client or vendor
Track Request for Information submittals and develop notices to client or vendors
Assist in return submittals and documentation
Develop weekly production goals based off schedule, and track daily, weekly, and monthly progress of goals
Generate reports and present to plant superintendent and department leads on the scheduled intervals for planning purposes
Ensure time tracking metrics are set daily for the schedule and the goals
Generate weekly employee schedule
Oversight of compliance of maintenance of machinery, safety, and safety meetings

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or other required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills required
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:

Starting Pay:
$60,000

Based on Experience

Schedule:
Monday Friday, some weekends
7 AM - 6 PM
