    Job Title: Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Arkansas

    Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an exciting opportunity in a school-based virtual setting in Arkansas? Join our team as a Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist and play a vital role in promoting academic achievement and communication skills development through online learning.

    Responsibilities:
    • Thorough Virtual Assessments: Conduct detailed virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills in schools, using digital tools for interactive and educational assessments aligned with academic standards.
    • Customized Intervention Plans: Create and execute personalized virtual intervention plans based on individual speech and language requirements of students, utilizing innovative virtual resources to improve communication abilities in line with educational objectives.
    • Collaboration with School Community: Engage virtually with teachers, parents, and school teams to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to student progress. Participate in virtual school meetings to review student advancements and adjust intervention strategies.
    • Digital Record-Keeping: Maintain precise and well-organized digital records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports in the school's database. Produce clear and concise reports to communicate findings to school stakeholders.
    • Professional Development: Stay updated on school-based speech-language pathology practices through virtual professional development sessions. Continuously improve skills in virtual service delivery for schools.
    • Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using virtual platforms and technology tools commonly employed in schools. Stay informed about new technologies to enhance virtual speech and language therapy in educational settings.
    • Advocacy for Students: Advocate for students with speech and language needs to ensure they receive essential support in a virtual learning environment. Collaborate with school staff and parents to provide resources and strategies for ongoing assistance.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Arkansas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Prior experience in school-based or virtual therapy in educational settings.
    • Strong communication skills for virtual interactions within the Arkansas school community.
    • Proficient in technology used for remote service delivery in school platforms.
