Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
Create and Design Site Specific Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TCP's) per latest CA MUTCD, Caltrans, and Local Agency Standards using AutoCAD
QAQC TCP's created by other team members
Attend project meetings, site walks, agency meetings
Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, Land, Permitting
Prepare Traffic Impact Studies
Prepare Traffic Signal Modification Plans
Prepare Pavement Restoration Plans
Revise and Response to permitting Agency's traffic comments and/or requests
Profile Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Civil or Traffic Engineering
5-7 years of traffic/transportation experience
Professional Engineering (PE) Registration in Civil or Traffic Engineer in State of California
Knowledge of California MUTCD, Caltrans, and/or Local Agency guidelines
AutoCAD Knowledge
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
