- Roughly Ten 24-hour shifts per month (12 hrs in-house & 12 hrs of backup call from home)
- 6-bed Level II NICU and 5-bed Pediatric unit
- A dedicated inpatient team of 4 Pediatricians and 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners
- Shift-based compensation with quality metric bonuses
- $60,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance
