    Summary/Objective:
    The Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overall administrative support for the marketing department. The Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing all aspects of company and customer events. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for spreadsheets, calendars, and distribution of materials to various departments.

    The Marketing Administrative Assistant will be an effective communicator, organized, have great customer service skills, and build effective relationships with vendors and throughout the organization.


    Responsibilities:
    Some nights, weekends and travel required. This is not an 8 to 5 PM position.
    Keep the service line brochures updated and stocked, for all branches and remote employees.
    Coordinate, execute, and attend trade shows, golf tournaments and other customer related events.
    Maintain the organization of company Marketing Assets.
    Maintain a shared calendar of all customer related events.

    Coordinate the scheduling, mobilization and demobilization for the BBQ pit for all customer related events and ensure the BBQ trailer is cleaned, organized, and restocked after each event.

    Complete errands related to events, pre and post.
    Distribute IIR reports to Sr. Leadership & sales team on a Bi-Monthly basis.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    Some nights, weekends and travel required. This is not an 8 to 5 PM position.
    High School Diploma and a minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role in a related industry, experience in sales a plus
    Interpersonal communication, written and oral presentation skills.
    Professional presentation is confident in ability to promote service lines and manage work.
    Organizational skills-able to prioritize responsibilities.
    Sound decision making, dependability, strong leadership and coaching skills and active listening skills, team, and interpersonal skills.
    Microsoft Office Suites computer skills
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer & event coordinator relationships.
    Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

    Physical Demands:
    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.


    Pay Range:
    $27 - $33 per hour
