Rotating Weekends Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a long-standing outpatient practice located in central Houston.

With over 30 years of trusted community care, this well-established clinic is expanding to meet growing patient demand and is looking for a physician who shares our commitment to quality, continuity, and accessible care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population Manage a patient panel of approximately 25???30 patients per day Support care delivery through in-person and telehealth visits Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including experienced Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants Utilize a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to optimize patient management and documentation Compensation and Benefits: Competitive guaranteed base salary for the first year with performance-based bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid malpractice insurance CME allowance and professional dues support Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Partnership track opportunities and professional growth pathways Practice in Texas, which features tort reform laws and no state income tax
