- Location: Onsite near the Sandwich, Massachusetts area
- Starting Date: August
- Number of students/sites and caseload details will be discussed further with the special services director during the interview process
- Perform evaluations to assess students' capabilities and restrictions in different functional areas
- Create personalized treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes
- Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance students' performance in daily activities and school tasks
- Continuously evaluate and track students' progress towards set goals
- Collaborate with school team members, such as teachers, administrators, and parents, to ensure students receive comprehensive services
- Offer guidance and training to school staff on methods to support students in achieving their occupational therapy objectives
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information
- Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Possess a valid state license in Massachusetts
- Demonstrate experience working with school-aged children, especially those with disabilities or special needs
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices within the occupational therapy field
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
