    Responsible for various machine-specific functions, from setting up equipment, loading products, and operating machinery to monitoring and optimizing efficiency, maintaining machines, and performing quality checks.


    • Ability to create and critique job routings to ensure quality while maintaining desired production levels
    • Oversee packaging of completed work
    • Check work regularly to ensure parts meet customer specifications and quality expectations.
    • Willingness to take online classes (heavy math involvement). The following requirements can help determine if you are a good fit for us and if we are a good fit for you.
    • Ability to be on time and work scheduled shift
    • A good basic math aptitude
    • Ability to fluently understand, read, write, and speak English
    • Ability to follow safety procedures to avoid injuries
    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
    • Basic computer entry skills (preferred)

    Shift Schedules:

    1st Shift: 5:00AM - 3:00PM Monday - Thursday (OT as scheduled)
    2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 1:00AM, Monday - Thursday ( OT as scheduled ) - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST

    1st Shift:
    $24.2nd Shift: $26.

    Reviews: 60 days and 6 months, then twice a year, which may come with a rate increase, providing the employee meets company and performance standards).

    Signing Bonus:
    $1500 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)
