Job DescriptionPURPOSE OF JOB:
Support Sr.
Executive Director, Property & Facilities Management in all administrative functions and assigned projects as needed:
Ii. Essential Functions
Provides support to the Plant Operations department.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software within the MS Office - Excel; Access and other computer programs relative to the job.
Participates with EOC Committee.Orders any needed supplies (via Client Server system) and parts from outside companies and vendors required for maintenance and repairs.
Maintains an adequate inventory of stationary supplies, forms for the department's computer system, fax machine and printers.Maintains Storage Room Inventory.
Assists Safety Manager with various tasks such as creating/updating spreadsheets or other special projects.
Job Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High School Diploma, Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate. Courses in typing, English, and Transcription preferred.
Experience
Minimum three (3) years project coordination experience, with public contact.
Computer and word processing skills, typing.
Previous healthcare experience dealing with healthcare codes.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Other Skills
Valid driver's license.
Ability to be a Team Player.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to read and write English and communicate effectively.
Maintain a professional demeanor and assertive, proactive self-starter.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, troubleshoot, multi-task, and
exhibit attention to detail. Must be extremely resourceful.
Demonstrating superior communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrates initiative and self-direction in completion of assigned responsibilities;
i.e., projects, reports, overheads and presentations.
