Corteva Agriscience is seeking two highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineers. One of these positions will be a Sr. Data Engineer and one will be a Data Engineer.

The overall objective of these positions is to provide data engineering expertise to a variety of projects in the agricultural industry.

These positions will be part of an organization who provide a variety of data services to product teams around the globe.

These positions will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are consistent with company standards and practices.

Primary Responsibilities - What you will do to help us grow \r

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines using company standard technologies. \r
• Assist with renovating the data management infrastructure to drive automation in data integration and management. \r
• Work with architecture and data analysts to refine data requirements for various data and analytics initiatives. \r
• Propose appropriate (and innovative) data ingestion, preparation, integration and operationalization techniques in addressing data requirements. \r

QualificationsWhat expertise have you grown - What you bring to the table \r

• Bachelor's degree in a Data or Computer Science related field. \r
• Data Engineer - 2-5 years of experience in the data engineering field. \r
• Sr. Data Engineer - 5+ years of experience in the data engineering field. \r
• Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail. \r
• Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures. \r
• Able and willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgment. \r
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \r
• Advanced knowledge of Office, SQL, Databases (particularly MS SQL Server and SAP Hana), and Azure capabilities (Data Factory, DataBricks, data lake). \r
• Knowledge and experience using Azure DevOps or comparable tools for code and release management. \r
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \r
