Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receiving and Shipping Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Your proactive approach will help streamline warehouse operations, support e-commerce order processing, and uphold safety standards. Duties

• Receive incoming parts, merchandise, and shipments
• Verify quantities and inspect for damage
• Accurately check in and stock inventory
• Prepare and ship outgoing orders
• Maintain an organized and clean receiving area
• Assist Parts Department staff as needed
• Lift and move items weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Follow dealership procedures and inventory controls

Skills

• Strong reliability and punctuality (being on time is essential)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems independently
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Prior warehouse or dealership experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong work ethic and common sense.
