    Summary:

    As a Field Operations Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing broadband communication systems to ensure customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:

    • New installations, upgrades, and repairs
    • Equipment setup and customer training
    • Adherence to technical standards and regulations
    • Providing excellent customer service
    • Ensuring system quality and security
    • Performing network troubleshooting

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to communicate technical information clearly
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in using testing equipment
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent required, with experience in broadband communication preferred.


    Computer Skills:

    Basic computer skills, including internet and email proficiency.


    Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

    This role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking in various terrains, carrying equipment, and working in tight or elevated spaces. Candidates must be able to lift heavy objects, work in different weather conditions, and operate tools safely.
