· At least two years chronic dialysis experience.
· Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing.
· Registered Nurse (RN) License: South Dakota or compact state.
· Basic Life Support (BLS): Required.

· Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Preferred
