    Position Requirements

    To support the Service Delivery team and clinicians at various practices across a region.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Manage clinician schedules including PTO and schedule change requests
    Communicate with providers on a regular basis on current PTO, gaps in schedules and coverage needs
    Oversee clinician PTO tracking and lottery
    Ensure clinician hours and pay rates are correct in QGenda
    Serve as a point of contact for clinician payroll questions
    Coordinate 1099, Bridgecare and Ringo invoice processing by verifying hours and confirm reimbursement policy is being followed
    Support FMLA process
    Monitor and review clinician hours and pay rates in QGenda to ensure accurate and timely pay following the NAPA payroll schedules
    Confirm timeclock punch accuracies as it pertains to individual practice
    Make manual payroll edits as required for individual practice
    Manage salary swaps in QGenda
    Submit payroll as schedule dictates
    Provide support, as needed to operational and clinical leadership
    Support organizational policies, objectives, and initiatives
    Review iPro compliance and work with providers to ensure all cases are completed and closed daily to meet company goals


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    High school diploma required and/or a minimum of 2-5 years of equivalent experience.
    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests and respond within designated timeframe.
    Moderate computer skills.
    Intuitive thinking and problem solving skills.


    DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Preferred knowledge of Workday, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, Zoom, QGenda, iPro

    $25.05- $33.56 per hour

    This is virtual position, however, the ideal candidate will be located in the Melville Metro area, Sunrise FL area or Mid-Atlantic region.
