- Manage the input of data and report generation in the daily, weekly, and monthly reports utilized in selling and merchandising room inventory for three separate properties.
- Participate in all strategy meetings, produce meeting minutes in the appropriate NHH format and distribute to necessary parties.
- Maintain the property Strategy Task Lists for each property.
- Meet deadlines as established by Directors.
- Participate and provide input to assist in implementation of Revenue Management tactics for the next 12 months with focus on the next 90 days.
- Assist with rate loading and providing marketing links as requested by ADORM.
- Monitor competitors' rates and hotel performance to support revenue strategies.
- Maintain open communication with ADORM and hotel team to drive revenue goals.
- Be the gate keeper of systems, data integrity and channel parity.

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably a 4-star hotel.
- Must possess computer skills, including but not limited to accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Use of SynXis, Opera PMS, Springer Miller PSM, and Delphi is preferred. Compute accurate mathematical calculations.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Requires clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to conduct problem exploration.
- Analytical aptitude.
- Facilitate, prioritize, and make best use of time.
- Shift into appropriate role that matches the requirements of the situation.
