    The JOB:


    The revenue teams at Jekyll Island Club Resorts and LaPlaya Beach Resort are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our amazing team.

    The Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the Area Director of Revenue Strategy with the execution of assigned revenue management responsibilities related to reporting, rates and distribution and forecasting.

    Also to assist with any additional revenue performance related analysis as assigned. This is a great role for someone interested in growing their career in Revenue Management.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage the input of data and report generation in the daily, weekly, and monthly reports utilized in selling and merchandising room inventory for three separate properties.
    • Participate in all strategy meetings, produce meeting minutes in the appropriate NHH format and distribute to necessary parties.
    • Maintain the property Strategy Task Lists for each property.
    • Meet deadlines as established by Directors.
    • Participate and provide input to assist in implementation of Revenue Management tactics for the next 12 months with focus on the next 90 days.
    • Assist with rate loading and providing marketing links as requested by ADORM.
    • Monitor competitors' rates and hotel performance to support revenue strategies.
    • Maintain open communication with ADORM and hotel team to drive revenue goals.
    • Be the gate keeper of systems, data integrity and channel parity.
    • Additional responsibilities as requested

    Requirements

    Requirements


    • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably a 4-star hotel.
    • Must possess computer skills, including but not limited to accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel.
    • Use of SynXis, Opera PMS, Springer Miller PSM, and Delphi is preferred. Compute accurate mathematical calculations.
    • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
    • Requires clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Able to conduct problem exploration.
    • Analytical aptitude.
    • Facilitate, prioritize, and make best use of time.
    • Shift into appropriate role that matches the requirements of the situation.
