    Position Overview

    The role of a Customer Care Coordinator at Hubble Homes involves coordinating customer care services within the team, with trade partners, and customers. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring top-notch customer service by responding promptly and effectively.

     

    Job Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in construction or customer service, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. They must possess strong multitasking abilities, prioritize tasks efficiently, and embody the values of Hubble Homes.

     

    Essential Job Functions

    The responsibilities of the Customer Care Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

    • Coordinating customer care activities within the team and with partners
    • Processing service requests from various channels
    • Organizing and prioritizing customer requests
    • Ensuring timely follow-up on service requests
    • Managing warranty controls and service calls
    • Communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders
    • Handling documentation and reports
    • Assisting in customer care meetings and commitments
    • Performing other duties to support company goals

     

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service or construction experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong multitasking abilities
    • Familiarity with productivity software and accounts management tools

    • Standard work hours Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
