- Operates processing equipment and makes adjustments as needed; performs basic maintenance on processing equipment and reports maintenance issues
- May operate mobile equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, skid-steer loaders, and overhead cranes
- Performs area housekeeping duties and may perform work area and safety audits
- Six (6) months of experience in Mill process operations
- Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude. This exam is based on skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; May be required to complete HAZMAT training as required by Department of Transportation regulations
- Knowledge of placard system to accurately identify hazardous materials
- Knowledge of environmental policies and responsible for reporting any issues and/or concerns

*Employee who, under supervision, safely performs duties related to the production of copper and/or molybdenum concentrates in the Mill at a skilled level.
*Uses electronic process monitoring system to monitor conveyor, plant systems and equipment
Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a* $1,450* monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.
