    Job Description:

    The Operations Project Manager (OPM) oversees all Operations efforts relating to contract execution and is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from beginning to end, according to strict deadlines and budgets.

    The OPM acts as the point-of-contact between elements of Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management.

    They ensure cost and schedule conformance on assigned projects by coordinating the procurement, build, and test of complex electronic systems.

    Essential Functions:
    Interface and communicate with all levels of the organization Assist with the development of resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules, including tie-ins with Engineering efforts and milestonesPerform lead-time and critical path analysis on multi-level hardware buildsAssess cost and schedule risks and develop associated mitigationsMonitor and report financial, schedule, and technical performance of assigned projectsIdentify and coordinate resources necessary for production effortsOversee production budgets with the responsibility to analyze, manage and report on budget performance and variance analysisDemonstrated ability with financial / data analysisProficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data using graphs and pivot tablesExperience using schedule management tools such as Microsoft projectExperience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
