- Collaborate with finance and department leaders to develop and monitor budgets for projects, IT operations, and executive initiatives.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for IT investments and project proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage procurement processes for IT assets and services, negotiating with vendors to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, coordinating across departments to meet objectives within budget and time constraints.
- Utilize project management software to track project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely communication among project stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents related to IT initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events, including IT department meetings and technology vendor sessions.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings, especially those involving IT strategic planning and operations discussions.
- Complete special projects, research, and reports as requested.
Prepare and submit expense reports and reconcile corporate cards. - Proven experience in an executive support role with responsibilities in project management, budgeting, and technology.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in office software.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting practices.

This role is crucial for optimizing operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing the IT team's functionality within the company.This role is designed for a highly organized and technically savvy individual who excels at multitasking and critical thinking. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organizational efficiency, facilitating effective communication between the executive team and various departments, and ensuring that both projects and IT operations align with the company's goals and financial constraints. This position will work 2 - 3 days per week in the Bloomington, MN office.
