As a Senior Lead Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing dynamic GEO/AIO strategies. Your contributions will help us ensure that healthcare organizations can efficiently leverage AI technologies to enhance their visibility and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and refine GEO/AIO strategies and frameworks, focusing on hygiene, web architecture, reputation, and content optimization for various clients.
• Conduct GEO diagnostics, including audits of AI/LLM answers, entity and claim mapping, and reputation assessments.
• Convert findings into prioritized roadmaps that address hygiene fixes, content creation, web architecture enhancements, and measurement metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with SEO, content, medical, creative, and web teams to ensure seamless integration of GEO into existing workflows.
• Partner with analytics teams to broaden measurement metrics beyond traditional SEO to include AI visibility KPIs, and develop GEO dashboards and scorecards.
• Drive the creation of LLM-first content frameworks in collaboration with brand and medical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the GEO/AIO Lab, benchmarking brand visibility across multiple LLMs and testing interventions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling client narratives, points of view, and recommendations while facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• Support business development efforts through innovative solutioning, participation in pitches, and case study development for GEO/AIO initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices, checklists, and playbooks for optimal GEO delivery.

• Deepen your understanding of healthcare professional and patient information-seeking behavior across search and AI platforms.
• Leverage data insights to create effective AI answers that enhance health decision-making.

Desired Profile: We seek candidates with:

• At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, analytics, or consulting, preferably with a background in SEO.
• Hands-on experience in SEO and GEO/AIO, ideally within an agency setting.
• The ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders globally.
• A strong grasp of search behavior, SEO fundamentals, content structures, and basic analytics.
• Comfortable with LLMs, AI search, structured data, and knowledge graphs.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• High personal accountability and a track record of executing high-impact initiatives successfully.

Good to Have: The following qualifications are not mandatory but will enhance your application:

• Experience with SEO/search tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM tools like OpenAI or Claude.
• Experience in team management, SEO strategy, or digital transformation roles.
