• Temp to Hire; PRN

*Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care, assisting residents with daily activities.
• Support residents in personal care routines.
• Monitor and document residents' physical and mental status.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment.

*Qualifications:

• Valid LVN license in Texas.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts
• Ability to work day shifts
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
