    Senior Network Engineer

    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to manage our networks both on-premise and in the cloud. To ensure success in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. If you are passionate about security and data protection, we would like to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintaining computer networking Layers 2 through 7
    • Managing on-premise routing, switching, and firewalls
    • Managing cloud-based networking interconnects and security
    • Maintenance, configuring and installing software, routers, servers and other network devices including security patches and monitoring
    • Monitoring network performance for all systems
    • Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to customers, employees and management
    • Participating in an on-duty schedule with other team members to provide third-tier support and recommend corrective procedures
    • Resident subject matter expert on security and networking best practices
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 8 years experience, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining a secure network infrastructure
    • Strong experience with routing and switching platforms and associated protocols (OSPF, BGP, VPN's)
    • Managing and maintaining a production environment
    • Experience with multi-vendor networks, including Cisco, Arista, and F5
    • Experience with cloud networking, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Experience with firewalls and security gateways
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
    Additional Requirements:
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
    • Must be able to travel quarterly to data centers
    • Must have unrestricted ability to work in the United States
