    You will be part of a privately held, dentist-owned company that emphasizes patient experience and oral health education. Your role will be essential in maintaining and expanding our loyal patient base.


    Hourly Pay Range is from **$48** to **$53** per hour, PLUS

    - Sign on bonus up to **$3,000**
    - Reasonable patient load, with an average of **9** patients per day
    - Better guaranteed hours with no evenings or weekends
    - Flexible schedules - One weekday off every other week
    - The last patient appointment is at **4:30 pm**. Once you have completed your last cleaning and clinical notes, you are out the door
    - Dental hygienists are not required to complete end-of-day duties.
    - Monthly cleaning bonuses - Effectively raise your hourly pay rate by up to **$15** with bonuses
    - **$3,000** relocation bonus for out-of-state new hires

    Qualifications:
    - **Current** Registered Dental Hygienist licensure required; transfers considered
    - Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control training as required
    - Understanding and knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules
    - High ethical standards and a focus on patient care
    - Service-oriented team player with a positive attitude
    - Excellent communication, customer service, attention to detail
