Franchisees typically rely on the team to provide outstanding service, maintain a clean, customer friendly environment, stock and merchandise products, and operate the register.

Franchisees expect everyone to demonstrate reliability, honesty, and greet customers with a smile.

What might you do?

Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
Drive sales through effective communication with customers
Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in your franchisee's store
Perform cashier duties (ring sales and maintain cash control)
Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments
Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)
Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors

What will you do ?

In general your responsibilities will include but limited to ::

Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous guest service and effectively react to and resolve customer complaints.
Forecast, order, stock and merchandise products (upon completion of appropriate training)
Maintain a properly stocked, clean and friendly environment in the store
Aid the reconciliation and completion of store operations daily paperwork
Support the franchisee to maximize sales and profits
Identify and resolve sales obstacles
Management, coaching and motivation of staff
Assist in scheduling, training and coaching to develop top performing employees
Must be willing to be scheduled to work different shifts/days and be available to cover for absent staff
Be willing and capable, after appropriate training, to run the store in the absence of the franchisee.

Education/Experience Required

High school diploma or GED. University degree a definite plus.
A minimum of two years experience in retail or fast food management.
Strong written, oral and mathematical skills
Valid driver licence and a reliable transpiration

Physical Functions

Must be able to stand and/or walk for the entire shift
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds from the ground to overheads up to an hour of the work day when needed.(to assistant and in stocking/maintaining inventory levels)
Ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 128 pounds (i.e. utilizing hand truck).
Ability to bend at the waist.
Will be required to occasionally climb a ladder and/or stool, kneel or crotch to store or retrieve material and/or place or remove signs.
