    Description

    The Project Manager:
    - is responsible for the efficient administration of one or more construction projects,
    - is accountable for project costs, profitability, and client relationships,
    - collaborates with the Superintendent to achieve project goals.


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    4-year engineering or business degree or equivalent-related experience, plus experience/knowledge of construction, design, management, and finance.

    4+ years experience as a Project Manager on specialized or complex projects.

    Competency of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost projection procedures, and cost control techniques.

    Refined business judgment and e

    xcellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Good understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.

    Candidates with a strong knowledge of the local construction market or local area-based candidates strongly preferred.


    SALARY AND COMPENSATION
    $125,000 - $178,000 Annually

    Eligible for a end-of-year discretionary bonus based on individual and Company performance.
