What You'll Do:
- Set-up and operate CNC state of the art equipment (CNC mills, lathes, EDM, grinders)
- Develop the industry's toughest components for the Space, Aerospace, and Medical markets.
- Perform first piece and in-process inspection using hand tools and feedback from coordinate measuring machines.
- Collaborate with an experienced, tight-knit team to launch new products into production.
- Solve real-time shop floor challenges
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience on 4 or 5-axis machines.
- Proficient in developing new processes with tight tolerance and complex geometries.
- Comfortable working with heavy GD&T and working independently.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to comply with U.S. export regulations
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.
- Ability to wear required PPE
