Patient Service Representative Position
Seeking a confident and empathetic candidate for Patient Service Representative within a fast-paced care setting at Urgent Care clinics. Duties include welcoming and registering patients, insurance verification, accepting payments, answering calls, and more.
The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal communication skills and professionalism, aiming to create a positive patient experience. Multi-tasking abilities are essential for ensuring a smooth care process.
As a Patient Service Representative, you will work 35-40 hours per week with a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
