Job description
Insight Eye Optique is a specialty-focused private optometry practice seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Clinical Specialty Technician to support advanced services including myopia management, dry eye treatment, and medical diagnostic testing.
This role is ideal for someone intelligent, efficient, and serious about building a long-term career in healthcare.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and takes pride in precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform specialty workups for myopia management
- Conduct dry eye diagnostic testing and imaging
- Assist with medical testing (OCT, visual fields, corneal topography)
- Prepare patients for specialty consultations
- Ensure accurate documentation and clinical efficiency
- Maintain high standards of patient care and organization
Ideal Candidate
- Strong academic or clinical background
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Quick learner with strong critical thinking skills
- Professional, polished, and confident with patients
- Comfortable with technology and medical equipment
- Interested in certification and long-term growth
Prior ophthalmic or medical experience is preferred, but we will train the right high-performing candidate.
