This team member will support efforts in the analysis and design, execution and communication of our compensation programs ensuring they are competitive, sustainable, scalable and have a positive impact on the overall performance of employees.
This team member will also bring their unique perspective coupled with intelligence, innate ability to connect information, and collaborative team style to drive our collective success.
Additionally, the successful candidate has demonstrated the ability to mix the science of compensation with the art of motivating and driving engagement while partnering day-to-day with employees, managers, team members and senior leaders to attract, retain and engage ensuring they feel their value.
What will be your responsibilities?
Support day-to-day compensation activities including market data requests, off-cycle promotions/pay adjustments and ad-hoc data requests and pay analysis
Supports development of tools, dashboards, infographics and insights using Excel, PowerBI, Smartsheet and other tools to assist stakeholders in making compensation decisions and broader people analytics insights
Assists the Director, Compensation, Mobility and People Analytics in preparing for annual and mid-year compensation cycles by ensuring Oracle platform set up and management, budget management and manager/employee communications
Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive total compensation information to help evaluate and guide effective compensation administration in line with our compensation philosophy.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team members on the creation of compelling U.S. new hire offer packages using market data and philosophy.Maintains accurate files and documents, including but not limited to pay and equity reviews, job descriptions, job codes, compensation structures, and other compensation related information.
Supports the development of Compensation Committee materialsBenchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
Keeps apprised of federal, state, local and international employment, compensation, and data-privacy related laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance.
What qualifications do we require?Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in Total Rewards
What qualifications do we prefer?
4-6+years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in the biotechnology industry
Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with Payfactors
Experience with international compensation preferred
Current knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including, but not limited to ERISA, FLSA and other applicable Labor and/or Tax laws and regulations; fulfills compliance and reporting requirements
