    Description

    Family Practice physician employment in Illinois

    - Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician

    • Spanish speaking is a requirement
    • Outpatient duties exclusively
    • Full-time permanent role
    • Workdays from Monday to Friday
    • No night shifts, no weekends
    • Manage small patient panels for consistent care and focus

    - Number of patients per day

    • Emphasizes a value-based care model with competitive bonuses based on outcomes
    • Offering personalized primary care for elderly Medicare patients, aiming to maintain their well-being and quality of life

    Salary and Benefits
