Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a deep understanding of sportswear business processes to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand sportswear industry business processes and workflows.
Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions to elicit business needs and priorities.
Consolidate requirements into a product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Document requirements using tools such as Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), user flow diagrams, etc.
Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Effectively communicate requirements to technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to ensure thorough testing of work products.
Provide ongoing support and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the sportswear industry.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work products.
